Grassroots Identity

The Challenge

Design an identity for a holistic nutritionist who consults individuals looking to make changes in their diet or lifestyle, for the betterment of their health.

The Solution

To represent the concept of getting back to the ‘root’ of good health through whole food and the birth of a new lifestyle, a ‘blooming’ fork and spoon was designed for the logo mark. It is strategically placed above the upper-case word ‘root’ to make it a cohesive unit with the rest of the logo.

Greens and browns were used to represent earth elements and holistic nutrition.

The Young Finesse font was chosen for its light weight, graceful curves, and sophistication.
