How to place an order *
You can order directly through the wholesale portal of my site in CAD dollars.
Email / Paypal Invoice
If you'd like to be billed in USD, please fill out the order form in my linesheet and email it to the address in the form. Or simply send me an email with SKU numbers, packaging options, and quantities. I will send an invoice via Paypal. Email address can be obtained from my linesheet.
* You must send in a wholesale application to get access to wholesale pricing and submit an order.
First order: $100 CAD
Re-Order Minimum: $75 CAD
All pricing in my online linesheet is in Canadian dollars. However, I can invoice in USD if orders are received through email.
Shipping is an additional charge based on weight.
All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment.
I ship all of my items from my home in British Columbia, Canada.
All items are shipped Canada Post Tracked Package which is my default shipping option. This option comes with insurance and a tracking number to ensure your order arrives safely. Expedited options are available if you are interested in a faster option. Please contact me to discuss options.
All shipments are sent Monday through Friday, unless it's a public holiday in which case, orders will be sent out before or after this day.
Shipping costs through the site are tiered costs based on weight. I will refund any overages but not charge you anything more, if the charges comes in above what you paid. That cost is on me. If you are invoiced, shipping costs are based on weight of your order.
Once payment has been received, orders take between 2-5 business days to fulfill. This, however, is dependent on order volume I'm handling when your order comes in and inventory. If inventory is low or order volumes are high, I will contact you right away and provide a ship by date. I will better these times any way I can.
Cancellations & Changes
Since I'm relatively quick to fulfill orders, I can only honor cancellations or changes within 12 hours of your order being received and before it has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of my small, single-person, business, I cannot honour returns or exchanges unless the items arrived damaged or are flawed in some way. However, if you're truly unhappy with what you've received, please contact me right away and we can work something out. A restocking fee may apply.
All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact me within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss any potential issues. Returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged will not be honoured beyond this timeframe.

If you have an idea for an item that you don't see in my shop and it aligns with my current brand & themeing, I'm more than happy to discuss options for product exclusive to you store.
Social Media Promotion
Feel free to promote my items when they become available in your shop. I would love to promote your shop on my instagram feed as well. Please let me know if this poses any issues.
Photography for Promotion
If you would like to use some of my photography for promotional purposes, please contact me. Appropriate credit is required.
Cases or racks aren't provided at this time. They are the responsibility of the retailer.
I offer all of my items in hang bags or loose, to showcase as you wish.
If you require something more customized to meet your stores' needs, I'm more than happy to discuss options.
