All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment.
I tend to fulfill orders relatively quickly once payment has been received. This, however, is dependent on order volume I'm handling when your order comes in and inventory. Typical fulfilment takes between 1-7 days. If inventory is low or order volumes are high, it could take up to 2-3 weeks and will contact you right away, if this is the case. I will better these times any way I can.
Cancellations & Changes
Unless I'm contacted within 12 hours of receiving your order, I cannot honour cancellations or changes.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
I ship all of my items from my home in British Columbia, Canada.
All items are shipped Canada Post Tracked Package which is my default shipping option. This option comes with insurance and a tracking number to ensure your order arrives safely. Expedited options are available if you are interested in a faster option.
All shipments are sent Monday through Friday, unless it's a public holiday in which case, orders will be sent out before or after this day.
Shipping cost is dependent on number of items (weight) and destination of package and are the responsibility of the retailer.
All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact me within 2 days of receiving your order to discuss any potential issues. I can only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Social Media Promotion
When my items become available in your shop, I would love to promote your shop on my instagram feed. I will contact you for specifics when the time comes. You, also, have permission to promote my items via social media.
Photography for Promotion
If you would like to use some of my photography for promotional purposes, please contact me. Appropriate credit is required.
Cases or racks aren't provided at this time. They are the responsibility of the retailer.
I offer all of my items in hang bags or loose, to showcase as you wish.
